Links to things I found interesting but didn't want to do a full blog post about:
- Google's 3D Interactive Periodic Table. I wish I had this when I was studying chemistry.
- Fauci on the next phase of the Covid-19 pandemic and the ‘insanity’ of the threats he faces for pushing masks, vaccines. Insanity is the correct word here.
- London's public toilets a serious concern, report finds. I can testify to this after having visited London a few years ago. Toronto has the same problem.
- I’ll Take My Chances on an Acid-Soaked Jimi Hendrix, "Seeing Sound with Johnny Cash and the Owsley Stanley Foundation."
- What is ‘authentic’ Chinese food? These Toronto chefs challenge the concept. "A new generation of chefs are cooking modern Chinese by mixing their parents’ culture with influences from the digital age."
- Pangea Aerospace successfully hot fire tests the first MethaLox aerospike engine in the world. This could be a significant advance.
- The chase for fusion energy. An emerging industry of nuclear-fusion firms promises to have commercial reactors ready in the next decade.
