• How the Dumb Design of a WWII Plane Led to the Macintosh. At first, pilots took the blame for crashes. The true cause, however, lay with the design. That lesson led us into our user-friendly age—but there's peril to come. 
• Google is bringing its Smart Compose feature to Docs. I hope it can be turned off. 
• XML Mind's free DITA Converter has been updated to version 3.7. It's an open source alternative to the DITA Open Toolkit. 
• Age Structure. Data visualizations can be an important part of technical communication and these ones are exemplary.
