AFAIK, the fastest lens you can buy for a modern camera is F0.8 although F0.95 lenses are becoming common.

- How Landscape Photographers Can Make the Most Out of Dull Lighting. "Landscape photography does not always have to be about dramatic sunsets and striking light. In his latest video, photographer Michael Shainblum demonstrates how to bring out the nuanced beauty of an overcast day."
- Surprising Results Shooting Raw and Converting in Camera Versus in Photoshop. You can do this with Fujifilm cameras and the results are likely to be better than using an editing program.
